As a member of the Internal Communications team, this position will help connect PDC Energy employees and leadership with each other and information. The Internal Communications department provides and maintains tools, guidelines and mechanisms for
internal communications excellence, enabling innovation, collaboration, employee engagement, talent retention, leadership effectiveness, change management, brand consistency, messaging alignment, crisis management and business success. The Internal Communications Professional role will play a critical role in this mission, focusing specifically on news delivery, internal marketing, brand consistency, strategic communications planning and metrics reporting.
